Chicken Tortilla Soup

I love Chicken Tortilla Soup. It is filling and spicy with a bit of crunch from the toasted corn tortillas. Please excuse the quality of the pictures as they were taken with my cell phone.

I like food. Correction, I love food. What makes it even better is that I love to cook too. And I am a pretty good cook. My favorite person to cook with is my brother Andrew and together we make masterpieces in the kitchen. On this blog I will be posting pictures of the food that we cook along with directions if people are interested in that. I must warn you that none of the food we cook is super healthy or low fat. I personally cook southern style and that means goodness and slightly artery clogging. I do like to cook with organics though and fruits and veg. Our family is not vegan so meat will be featured very strongly. Please keep in mind that there are 10 people living in our home and so the amounts made will seem huge.
